Gabriel is graduated from the School of Law, University of São Paulo (USP), and (an ongoing) Master in Civil Law (emphasis on environmental torts) from the same University. Gabriel also has specialization in Civil Law, Civil Procedure Law and Contracts from the São Paulo School of Law (EPD).

 

Gabriel has fifteen years of comprehensive consultancy and litigation experience in Civil and Contract Law, advising from multinationals to family companies and private clients in the development of their businesses. Gabriel also has a distinguished role in crisis management providing legal inputs in line with the reality of clients to assist them in delicate decision-making processes in operations, negotiations, or more complex litigation.

 

This broad academical and professional profile has allowed Gabriel to work with different areas of knowledge in Law, such as Compliance, Contract, Corporate, Environmental, Labor, Litigation and Succession.

 

Gabriel has extensive experience as panelist and writer on topics related to his fields of practice, being coauthor of the first Brazilian book about legal aspects of direct sales
